Q:	How is Direct Access different from Gateway Online?
A:	Direct Access provides you with a central location for all your personal information or inquiries. It is an enhanced service which includes access to pay statements, T4s, tracking expense claims, benefits status and setting shift notification preferences, among other features. To take advantage of this feature, you will need to enter your email address, mobile and/or landline phone number into your Gateway Online account.
Q:	When will Direct Access be available?
A:	Direct Access will be available upon the launch of the Administrative Information Management System. Details on dates will be provided.
